Re: As we all know, the USB port provides 5V voltage and 500mA current, these values may be lower on the extended USB port. And high-brightness IPS LCD needs better power support, the USB power supply cannot ensure works well, so a 12V 3A power adapter for PD101 is the better choice
Q: Is there a longer HDMI or VGA cable for PD101?
Re: The standard length of PD101 HDMI or VGA cable is 1.5m, if you need longer, 2m or 3m is optional. the length of more than 3m is not recommended, signal attenuation may cause unstable operation.
Q: I don’t want the barcode scanner, may I customize the function of the Sunany K series kiosk machine according to my demands?
Re: Sure. Sunany K series kiosk machine comes with the 80mm thermal printer as standard, it supports camera/ NFC reader/ QR code scanner/ POS stand for optional. You can customize the Kiosk functions according your demands.

Q: Do you have the items in stock?
Re: Thermal printer, barcode scanner and cash drawer are in stock, we can send the goods out within 3 days after payment received. For POS terminal, materials are in stock, becuase different customer has different requirements of the POS terminal. it would need 7-10 days to assemble and test.
