In order to ensure the performance and user experience of the PC POS cashier register, different PC POS cashier register manufacturers will equip their PC POS cashier registers with custom-designed power adapters. Sunany provides customers with Channel Well Technology’s power adapters, which have passed multiple international safety and quality certifications, including CCC, CE, FCC, UL/cUL, LPS, Energy Verified, RoHS, PSE, VCCI, KC, BIS, IS 13252 / IEC 60950-1, RCM, NOM, UKCA and EAC, providing more stable power supply and longer service life.
However, as the use time increases and the changes in the use environment (such as voltage and high temperature) may affect the normal use of our power adapter, some customers may consider using the power adapter of other products to replace the power adapter of the PC POS cashier register. Sunany recommends not adopting this practice.
As a highly integrated electronic device, the power adapter equipped by the PC POS cashier register manufacturer is usually strictly designed and tested, which can not only provide stable voltage and current output, but also have multiple safety mechanisms such as overload protection and short circuit protection to ensure that the power adapter and cash register can be used perfectly together.
If you use the power adapter of other products to replace the original power adapter of the PC POS cashier register at will, the function of the PC POS cashier register may be damaged. Using an incompatible power adapter may cause the PC POS cashier register to be under powered and unable to start normally. It may also cause the PC POS cashier register screen to flicker, reduce touch sensitivity, and even affect the normal use of PC POS cashier register peripherals such as printers.
So when the PC POS cashier register power adapter fails, Sunany recommends contacting a professional repairman or consulting the PC POS cashier register manufacturer to purchase a new power adapter with the same configuration for replacement.
