Daily Maintenance Methods of POS System

1. Keep away from strong electromagnetic field or electromagnetic interference source.
it is easy to cause malfunction of the touch screen of the POS system, even can case abnormal function or parts are damaged in serious case.

2. Place away from direct sunlight, it should be placed in a right place which has a little variation in temperature and humidity, far away from water and less dust.

3. Use a safe power socket and the power should be meet the standard of 100V~ 240V (50/60Hz).

4. Do not insert or remove peripherals of the POS system frequently while it is running.

5. Do not use USB ports to charge or supply power to high-power devices for a long time.

6. Do not unplug power directly, should be follow the normal procedure to shut down the POS system, otherwise hardware or operating system will be damaged.

7. Do not disassemble the POS system by yourself when it with a fault, should better to find a professional engineer to maintenance it or consult with Sunany support team.
