Display or touch anomalies after reinstalling Windows OS in a dual screen POS machine

When the dual screens POS machine re-install the operating system, there might appear two anomalies, these two anomalies with minimal probability and it might not be appear at the same time. The first one is the touch screen not being able to display in full screen, and the touch is not accurate. Another one is the main display shows the contents of the customer display, and the customer display shows the contents of the main display

Compatible POS model: Sunany S200, S300, E200, C200, A200 or L200 series POS (the model with LCD customer display)

Step 1: Select the right display:
“Built-in Display” means main display
“Digital Display” means customer display(2nd display)
And choose “Built-in Display+Digital Display” option for both Clone Displays and Extended Desktop

Step 2: Click “Control Panel”

Step 3: Click “Hardware and Sound”

Step 4: Click “Tablet PC Settings”

Step 5: Click “Setup”
Step 6: Click “Calibrate”

And touch screen calibration interface as the crosshair

Step 7: Tap the crosshair each time that it appears on the screen

Step 8: Calibration completed, click ”YES” to save the data
