Q: How is the production process organized?
A: The production process is divided into three stages: screen and touch panel assembly, hardware and shell installation, and semi-automated final assembly. This ensures an efficient and quality-controlled workflow.
Q: Is there a way to confirm the compatibility of my POS software with your hardware before ordering?
A: Absolutely. We offer two options to address your concern. First, we can install remote access software such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk on the POS machine and provide you with authorization to test it remotely at your convenience. Second, you can send us your software and test steps, and our engineers will run the test and record the process for your confirmation.
