Re: We provide 3 years warranty. The 1st year with free of charge, and the followed two years with cost maintenance.

Re: Here are EU/AU/UK/US AC plugs for optional, you can choose the right one according to your request.
Q: Do you have the items in stock?
Re: Thermal printer, barcode scanner and cash drawer are in stock, we can send the goods out within 3 days after payment received. For POS terminal, materials are in stock, becuase different customer has different requirements of the POS terminal. it would need 7-10 days to assemble and test.
