“Error: Unable to Control IA20Line” prompts when turn on the Windows POS machine

Cause of issue:
a. During the transportation, the POS machine faced vigorous vibration caused the connection of RAM module and slot is not good。
b. After long period used, the dust cause the connection of RAM module and slot is not good.
c. RAM module was damaged.

Elimination method:
a. Re-plug the RAM module
b. Unplug the RAM module, and clean the inserted dust with a small brush, and wipe the gold fingers of the RAM module with an eraser.
c. Replace a new RAM module.
