Re: We provide 3 years warranty. The 1st year with free of charge, and the followed two years with cost maintenance.
Q: If I want to design a brand-new package by ourselves, what’s the process?
Re: 1) Contact Sunany sales team for die-cutting document;
2) Your designer designs the contents and provide Sunany to arrange sample production;
3) Confirm sample and produce the batch order.

Re: We provide 58mm (2 inch) and 80mm (3 inch) receipt printer, you can choose the right one according to your needs.
