Re: We provide two versions of the Android operating system, pre-rooted or non-rooted. Please let me know which one you prefer before placing an order.
Q: Do you have the items in stock?
Re: Thermal printer, barcode scanner and cash drawer are in stock, we can send the goods out within 3 days after payment received. For POS terminal, materials are in stock, becuase different customer has different requirements of the POS terminal. it would need 7-10 days to assemble and test.
Q: What should I provide if I need to put my logo on the POS machine?
Re: It would required to provide logo document in PSD, AI, or CDR formats.
Q: May I know which brand of the LCD be used in your POS hardware?
Re: Both 15-inch and 15.6-inch LCD are from BOE.

Q: What processors are available for your point of sale system?
Re: For Windows point of sale system, it supports J4125/ N5105/ J6412 / i3 / i5 / i7 etc processors, for Android point of sale system, it supports RK3288/RK3568, but if you want other processors, welcome to let us know and we will check does it workable or not.
