Re: Sorry, generally we would not provide the free sample, you can order 1 sample for testing and evaluation first if specification and price OK.

Re: Each thermal printer will be invidual carton packing, and with outer carton for it.
Q: How to control the performance stable?
Re: We take the flow line production in the whole processing. Every product will test 4 times at least before it delivery.
Q: Does it support reinstalling the system after you activated the Windows POS?
Re: Yes, it supports to reinstall the same version Windows OS, the network system will be activated automatically after reinstalling. For example, if Windows 10 pro is currently activated, then you will reinstall Windows 10 pro and the system will automatically activate.
