Q: How does an i-button work?
A: An i-button reader contains an intensive strong magnet that generates a magnetic ring. When an electronic key with a hoop is brought near the reader, it is adsorbed onto the reader by the magnet. At the same time, the gilt spring contact on the reader is turned, enabling the ID information on the electronic key to be read. This ID data is then used by the cashier system to perform time operations. The electronic key can be fixed on the reader, and once it is removed, the machine sends a signal to the master and locks it. This feature is used for operation and control of the cashier system.
