Q: Can I add WiFi and Bluetooth to the POS machine?
A: For Sunany Android POS machine, WiFi and Bluetooth are included as default configurations. For Sunany Windows POS machine, WiFi and Bluetooth are optional and will incur an additional cost.
Q: Is it possible to mount the POS machine on a wall?
A: Yes, all Sunany POS machines support the 75×75 mm VESA standard. As long as your mount meets this standard, you can easily install the POS machine wherever you want it.
Q: How much does it cost to create a custom POS mold and what is the minimum order quantity?
A: To create a custom POS mold, we offer free product design services. The cost of the mold itself ranges from $35,000 to $45,000, and the minimum order quantity is 5000 units. Please note that when the order quantity reaches 10,000 units, we will refund the mold fee to you.
Q: Will the touch screen on the POS system work properly when using gloves?
A: We do not recommend using our POS system while wearing gloves. Our POS system uses a capacitive 10-point touch panel that detects the electric current from our fingers to control the screen. Wearing gloves may interfere with the electric current and affect its usability. However, if wearing gloves is necessary, we suggest using a resistive touch screen POS system as an alternative solution.
