Cause of issue:
a. The paper is jammed.
b. The paper cutting motor is faulty.
c. Sensor failure detecting the receipt black point.
Elimination method:
a. Find out the cause of the blockage and remove the jammed paper.
b. Repair or replace the paper cutter motor.
c. Replace the black point sensor
