During the use of the point of sale system or cash register, the operator may find that the POS cash drawer cannot be fully opened or closed.
This kind of failure is generally because the banknote slips into the back of the cash box and is stuck in the hook in the money drawer, which causes the money drawer to fail to operate normally. As long as the banknote inside is clear, the issue can be solved.
If the above measures still do not solve the issue, it may be that the guide rail of the cash box is deformed or stuck by hard objects. Do not drag and drop with brute force. If the damage is serious, replace a new cash register drawer.
