The characters printed by the thermal receipt printer are not clear

Cause of issue:
a. The print head is not clean.
b. In the EEROM, the printhead resistance setting does not match the printhead.
c. The position of the print platen is not appropriate, causing the print head and platen position to be incorrect.
d. PC board failure

Elimination method:
a. Clean the print head
b. Correct the printhead resistance setting in the EEROM
c. Replace the mechanical module of the printer
d. Replace the PC board
