It is a rare case that POS machine cannot boot up or run after received, As our experiences, the violent shock in the transportation progress and all kinds of inspections on the way may cause this issue. If you met this issue, we are really sorry that this issue occurred and it causes your troubles and delayed your using time, we will try our best to help you solve this issue as soon as possible.
It needs your assistance to sure the cause as below:
1. Check the POS machine and packages whether there are any marks of damage during transportation;
2. Confirm the POS machine whether had been disassembled by the customs or forwarder.
If exists above situations, please take pictures or videos to send us, we will claim compensation to the relevant person. And we will provide you with a solution.
If did not find the above situations, it needs you to help with troubleshooting as below:
1. Check the indicator light of the power adaptor is on normally or not;
2. When pressing the power button, does the indicator light turn on or not? Does the POS machine have a sound prompt for self-testing?
Please take videos to send us when you do these for our engineer to find the problem immediately and provide you the right solutions as soon as possible.
