There are some customers who reflected that they meet the issue that the part of the touch screen works, and part of the touch screen does not work when they use the POS machine. It should be the touch screen cable is loose during the transportation; it would need you to open the POS machine to reconnect the cable.
Make S series POS terminal as example, below are the solution steps for reference:
Step1: Unscrew the 4 screws back of the POS, please refer to video Step 01
Step2: Open the screen carefully and don’t pull hardly, otherwise the cable would be easy damage. Please refer to video Step 02
Step3:Please find the touch screen cable on the LCD, gently remove it and reinstall it. It would be better to fix it with insulating tape. Please refer to video Step 03
Step4: Screw the back of the POS. And test it.
