The thermal receipt printer is capable of running but cannot print

Cause of issues:
a. The paper is not installed right, or it is installed reversed.
b. The operating voltage is out of the specified range.
c. The print head or print module does not work.
Elimination method:
a. Reinstall the paper. Replace the other side toward the print head
b. Check that if the power cable is well connected to the motherboard.
c. Check that if the connection between the print head and the print module is normal. If it has been damaged, please replace it.
