Thermal printer can not cut paper automaticaly

1. Enter into DUMP to try printing test to check whether the printer can receive the paper cutting commands or not.

2. Check if the cutter is out of order or broken, will the cutter come out normally ? does it recover normally? is it any damaged or not?
