During seasons with high static electricity, touch panels may occasionally experience abnormal behavior, such as unstable touch response, false touches, or reduced sensitivity.

You can download the corresponding touch panel firmware from this page and perform a firmware update to restore or improve touch performance.

For applications that require high touch accuracy, refreshing the touch panel firmware is also an effective calibration method, helping to improve consistency and stability.

Touch panels from different manufacturers vary in hardware structure and design principles.
If your POS device is not sourced from Sunany, do not use Sunany touch panel firmware for upgrading, as this may cause malfunction or permanent damage to the device.
