Re: As our experience, it is better for you to have a hardware and software engineer, we will help to solve the problem remotely
Q: May I have my logo on the thermal printer?
Re: Yes, we support OEM service, you can have your logo on the thermal printer if order qty more than 200pcs
Q: Do you have the items in stock?
Re: Thermal printer, barcode scanner and cash drawer are in stock, we can send the goods out within 3 days after payment received. For POS terminal, materials are in stock, becuase different customer has different requirements of the POS terminal. it would need 7-10 days to assemble and test.
