Upgrade BIOS of windows POS Terminal–J1900

During the test or usage of the windows POS, BIOS is a key point to make the POS work well under different OS.

Hereby Sunany would like to share the instruction of our window POS to help you.

Download the BIOS file of windows.

Step 1, before you put the BIOS file into a USB memory disk, please check whether the USB memory disk you are using is FAT32 format

Step 2, Please decompress the BIOS file to the root directory of the USB memory disk and make sure the the USB memory disk ONLY have the BIOS file, Does not have other files;

Step3, Connect this USB memory disk to POS terminal and also connect an external keyboard to the POS terminal , then turn on the POS ,then press “ 7” key of the external keyboard to start with the UEFI mode, which automatically updates the BIOS.
