Q: Does the touch screen of the POS system work well when I use a glove?
Re: We don’t suggest you use our POS system by wearing a glove. Because our POS system was adopted a capacitive 10 point touch panel, which is controlled by the electric current that sending from our finger. If you wore a glove, the electric current might be intercepted, then to influence the use. If wearing a glove is necessary for you, the resistive touch screen POS system will be a good option for you.
Q: Do you have a POS system with IPS main screen?
Re: Currently, the POS system we provide adopts the TN panel. Based on the privacy feature of the main screen, it’s no need to adopt the IPS screen. Because the content of the main display is only for users. If adopted the IPS screen, the content will be checked easily, it might disclose some important information.
