If your POS machine freeze during usage, please try to restart it. If the freezing occurs during usage, it may be the compatibility problem of hardware and software. Please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Cause of issue:
a. The unstable hardware is connected to the POS machine, which causes the POS machine frozen;
b. The free space of system disk (C:) is too few;
c. Haven’t installed the right drivers after reinstallation of operating system for POS machine;
d. The software installed of POS machine is getting conflicting;
e. A certain software installed in the POS machine of CPU occupation rate is too high.
Elimination method:
a. Remove all other hardware connected to the POS machine and restart;
b. To uninstall some software to ensure system disk (C: ) has no less than 5GB free space.
c. Contact Sunany support team to get the compatible drivers;
d. Uninstall the newly installed software or install the compatible operating system;
e. Check the software which has high CPU occupation rate and uninstall it.
If the methods above unsloved your issue, it might be your POS software has higher requirment for hardware configuration, which leads to the present hardware cannot run the POS software functionally. Please upgrade the hardware or purchase POS machines with better configuration.
